You’re not locked in.  We understand that things can change, which is why we will allow you to choose a different booking date and if you can’t pick your new dates at the time of cancellation, we  will offer you a credit towards a future trip with us to use up to 2 years. Once you accept the credit voucher, it will become nonrefundable.   If I cancel my adventure, will I receive a refund? Depending when you cancel, you may be eligible for a refund.  If you cancel up to 60 day prior to the tour then the cancellation fee is 25%  If you cancel from 60-30 days prior to the tour then the cancellation fee is 50% but beyond this point, no refunds are available. Within 24 hours we have a STRICT no refund policy for any reason-  we have paid for chef's, horses and guides and we are unable to cancel. 

Travel Insurance   It's always a good idea to have travel insurance in case the unexpected happens, and if you're planning to travel abroad and comprehensive insurance coverage is always a good idea.  You should research a company that covers for cancellation fees and medical.  We are not insurance experts but have provided a couple of links to help. As of 2/20/2023 Square charges 10 percent refunds for any reason. All purchases thatare refunded for any reason will be charged a 10 percent handeling fee.
